General terms

• The prices are valid starting from a minimum stay of 3 days and include half board service - buffet breakfast and 3 courses dinner with vegetables buffet. 
• The municipal tax of € 1.90 per person / day is not included in the prices listed above.
• The room is available from 2:00 pm of the arrival day up to 10:00 am of the day of departure. For arrivals after 7:00 pm we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
• Dogs and pets are not allowed.

Reservation

• In order to confirm the reservation we ask a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay. We cannot guarantee the booking of specific rooms or specific floors.
• The reservation is valid / confirmed only after sending the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation 

As there is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumers’ Protection Code Unless the below general cancellation conditions shall apply. In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to postpone your arrival, anticipate your departure or to cancel your holiday we have to charge the entirely amount of the booked stay unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY due to Covid-19

Free cancellation if you cannot travel due to Governments’ travel restrictions at any point before your travel. For all other cancellation reasons, the general cancellation conditions apply (see below).

To avoid unpleasant expenses, we recommend that you take out our TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE (covers also Covid-19).

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation or changes to the booking we provide the following conditions:
• up to 30 days before arrival: loss of the deposit
• from 30 days to the date of arrival: 100% charge of the total price
