General terms

• The prices are valid starting from a minimum stay of 4 days and include half board service - buffet breakfast and 3 courses dinner with vegetables buffet. 
• The prices do not include the municipal tourist tax - from 1. January 2024 amounting to Euro 3.00 per person and night.
• The room is available from 2:00 pm of the arrival day up to 10:00 am of the day of departure. For arrivals after 7:00 pm we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
• Sorry but your dog/pet is not allowed to accompany you in our house.

Reservation

• In order to confirm the reservation we ask a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay. We cannot guarantee the booking of specific rooms or specific floors.
• The reservation is valid / confirmed only after sending the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation 

As there is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumers’ Protection Code Unless the below general cancellation conditions shall apply. In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to postpone your arrival, anticipate your departure or to cancel your holiday we have to charge the entirely amount of the booked stay unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To avoid unpleasant expenses, we recommend that you take out our TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE .

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation or changes to the booking, the following conditions apply:

• Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival 30% of the price of the stay.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival 50% of the price of the stay.
• From 7 days before arrival 90% of the price of the stay.
• For late arrival and/or early departure 100% of the daily price.
